4. Sharing and processors

We disclose relevant data only as needed to provide requested services, including to hotels, airlines, local operators, transport providers, company-visit hosts, and technical processors. We may also disclose data when required by law or needed to protect users or resolve disputes.

International travel may require necessary data to be sent to providers in the destination. We limit fields and recipients and use contractual and security measures proportionate to the risk.

5. Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes, contract performance, disputes, and statutory recordkeeping. We then delete, anonymize, or isolate it; backups expire through their established rotation.

6. Security

Controls include access restrictions, encrypted transport, password hashing, versioned session revocation, database constraints, shared rate limiting, and durable administrative audit logs. No network service is absolutely secure. We handle notifiable incidents under applicable law.

7. Requests and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive an explanation of our handling. We verify identity and respond under applicable law and its exceptions. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
