2. Nature of the website

The website provides travel information and accepts inquiries about itineraries, flights, hotels, and company visits. Submitting a form, selecting a coupon, or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not form a travel contract or guarantee price, inventory, or availability.

A contract is formed only through the quotation, travel conditions, final itinerary, and written confirmation agreed separately. This website currently does not provide online payment and will not ask you to complete payment within a web page.

3. Accounts and access

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Protect your password and connected identity-provider accounts, and contact us promptly about suspected misuse.
• Do not impersonate others, automate registrations, or bypass access and security controls.

4. Inquiries, quotations, and changes

Quotations may change with flights, hotels, exchange rates, taxes, group size, and supplier conditions. We will state the then-current price and material conditions before accepting an engagement.

After a contract is formed, changes, cancellations, refunds, and alternatives follow the confirmation documents, applicable travel conditions, and mandatory law.

5. Coupons

• Coupons apply only to eligible inquiries or confirmed arrangements and are not redeemable for cash or transferable unless sharing is expressly enabled.
• Scope, expiry, minimum spend, stacking, and claim limits are the rules recorded when the coupon is issued.
• We may reject or cancel coupons obtained through duplicate claims, automation, resale, or fraud.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Disrupting the website, probing non-public interfaces, or bypassing rate limits or security controls.
• Submitting unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or third-party sensitive content.
• Copying or selling site content, or collecting it for a competing database without permission.

7. Content and availability

We take reasonable care with accuracy and availability, but travel information can change with suppliers and public conditions. Maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
