Mount Fuji D Route: Owakudani and Hakone Day Tour

Start at Hakone Shrine and Lake Ashi, then travel through Moto-Hakone, Togendai and Owakudani before visiting the Lake Yamanaka shore and Oshino Hakkai. The Hakone Ropeway is included; the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise, Narukawa Art Museum, meals and black eggs cost extra.

  1. Meet in Tokyo and depart

    Tokyo Station or Shinjuku

    Meet at Tokyo Station at 08:00 or Shinjuku at 08:30. These are alternative pickup points; use the final confirmation.

  2. Hakone Shrine and the Lake Ashi shore

    Moto-Hakone

    Visit Hakone Shrine and walk along Lake Ashi. The lakeside Heiwa no Torii often has a queue, so follow the local route and shrine etiquette.

    Narukawa Art Museum is an optional visit during free time; admission is not included.

  3. Hakone Sightseeing Cruise or road transfer

    Moto-Hakone to Togendai

    Take the Hakone Sightseeing Cruise to Togendai with a separate ticket, or travel with the vehicle to Togendai. Sailing time and departures follow the day’s timetable.

  4. Hakone Ropeway

    Togendai to Owakudani

    Ride the ropeway to Owakudani when it is operating.

    Strong wind, bad weather or maintenance can suspend service; use the tour vehicle instead.

  5. Owakudani

    Hakone

    Stay around the station and open viewing areas to see Hakone’s volcanic terrain. Black eggs are available for individual purchase.

    The controlled nature trail is not part of this tour; it requires a separate reservation and current safety clearance.

  6. Lake Yamanaka shore

    Lake Yamanaka

    Make a short stop in an open, lawful lakeside area. This is a shore visit, not the Swan Lake of Lake Yamanaka cruise; wild birds and Mount Fuji views are not guaranteed.

    Oshino Village

    Walk through the open village areas around the spring-fed ponds. The privately operated central pond is not one of the official eight.

Great Buddha at Kotoku-in in KamakuraDay 2

Kamakura Great Buddha and Enoshima Day Tour

Travel from Tokyo to the Great Buddha at Kotoku-in, ride the Enoden to the Kamakurakokomae area, then visit Enoshima, Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and Komachi Street. Kotoku-in admission and meals cost extra. The Enoden fare is included, subject to service on the departure date.

  2. Great Buddha at Kotoku-in

    Hase

    Allow about 30 minutes for the Great Buddha in the Kotoku-in precincts. General admission and entry inside the statue cost extra; opening and last-entry times follow the temple's notice that day.

  3. Ride the Enoden

    From Hase toward Enoshima

    Ride the Enoden from the Hase side toward Enoshima via Kamakurakokomae. The specific train and segment follow service conditions and on-site guidance.

    An Enoden suspension or major delay may change the stop order and time available.

  4. Kamakurakokomae Station area

    Koshigoe

    Allow about 20 minutes. Take photos only from pedestrian or designated areas. Do not stop in the roadway, level crossing or railway space, and do not enter private property.

  5. Free time on Enoshima

    Enoshima

    Spend about 110 minutes walking through public areas of the island and around Enoshima Shrine, with lunch on your own. Paid facilities, food and purchases cost extra.

  6. Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and Komachi Street

    Around Kamakura Station

    Allow about 70 minutes in total for Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and a walk along Komachi Street. Shop hours vary, and food and purchases cost extra.
